Ordered a Mojave metal gazebo from Helen over the phone, came across as very professional and friendly, especially as I didn’t know how to pronounce the name! The gazebo is amazing, it was expensive but you certainly get what you pay for, hopefully last for years, no more pushing water off the canopy like our old one. We chose teak & Ratten by their reviews, how the websites set out and the uniqueness of their products. We verified a day with Helen and Jon & Ben arrived on time, social distancing was in place at all times. One snag, only 3 sides were sent but quickly rectified and were fitted a week later which was no problem for us, highly recommend them. At such a difficult time we’re in , there’s certainly nothing that could be improved on
