The Dunbar Garden Storage Bench has a sleek and simple design, with gently contoured armrests and clean lines on the backrest. The sides of the trunk – which forms the seat of the bench – sit flush with the legs and backrest creating a neat, crisp, contemporary feel.

The whole top of the bench (ie, seat, backrest and armrests) lifts up on anti-rust brass hinges that sit flush beneath the front of the seat, and can be folded back virtually 180 degrees so that the backrest rests safely on the ground or floor while you load or unload the spacious, concealed trunk. This makes the Dunbar 150cm Teak Garden Storage Bench particularly useful for storing those larger items, such as outdoor cushions.

The Dunbar 150cm Teak Garden Storage Bench is made from top quality teak and has been 100 per cent hand finished. If used outdoors, it requires virtually no maintenance because teak has a naturally high oil content and a dense grain, which means that it naturally repels moisture and won’t crack and split. So this is a durable storage bench whether used indoors or out.

Over time, it’s natural red-brown colour will evolve into a beatuiful silvery-grey, but if you prefer the original hue, just wash the bench down with soapy water or if you prefer, apply one of Rattan and Teak’s teak care products.
